Pledge by BJP at Rajghat to fight against corruption, black money & repressive policies of Congress Govt

The 24-hours long Dharna - Agitation organised by the BJP at Rajghat culminated with a solemn pledge taken by party workers and citizens. The pledge was administered by BJP President Shri Nitin Gadkari. The pledge underscores party's determination to fight against corruption, black money and repressive measures. Following is the text of this pledge

PLEDGE

We, the soldiers of the nationwide movement against corruption and black money take a pledge to not to allow anybody to deprive us of our democratic rights.

We will continue to fight relentlessly with the forces out to trample the patriotic, peaceful and unarmed activists of this movement.

We will bring back black money stashed abroad and put it to use for National development.

We will voice the anguish of the citizens of our country, especially the poor and the deprived sections; facing injustice of the UPA.

We will not sit back and rest till we free the people from the unjust and repressive UPA rule.

We make a commitment to dislodge the corrupt rulers, defeat the autocratic tendencies and continue to fight for protecting the democratic rights of the people.

Bharat Mata Ki Jai!
